- For stays of one month or longer, please ask about the rent for your desired period from "Check availability".

For stays of less than one month, select your dates on the calendar and check the fee for your desired period under "Total and breakdown". - Fees other than rent and accommodation fees
- Cleaning fees, and for long stays linen and management fees, are paid by the guest. The cleaning fee is shown on the booking screen of each property.

Payment is made online by credit card. You can choose a single payment, installments or revolving payment.

For credit card payments, the amount is charged on the date set by the contract between you and your card company after the payment is completed.
Bank transfer
For bank transfers, please pay within three business days of the application date. Transfer fees are paid by the guest. - Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellations are handled under the following cancellation policy.
Temporary-use lease contracts
30 or more days before the start of the contract period: 20% of the total (tax included)
15 or more days before: 50% of the total (tax included)
8 or more days before: 80% of the total (tax included)
From 7 days before to the same day: 100% of the total (tax included)
Accommodation contracts
30 or more days before the start of the contract period: 20% of the total (tax included)
15 or more days before: 50% of the total (tax included)
8 or more days before: 80% of the total (tax included)
From 7 days before to the same day: 100% of the total (tax included)
Accommodation contracts for S-villa series properties
31 or more days before the start of the contract period: no cancellation fee
15 or more days before: 20% of the total (tax included)
8 or more days before: 50% of the total (tax included)
From 7 days before to the same day: 100% of the total (tax included)
